Internship: Webpage Developer Intern

About the Role

Help build and maintain the Visionary Solutions website — a critical tool for connecting people with vision loss to our services. You will ensure our site is visually polished, fully accessible, and optimized to reach the people who need us most.

What You'll Do

• Design and update pages on our Wix website

• Ensure all content meets WCAG web accessibility standards

• Write and optimize copy for SEO and user experience

• Add and format service pages, blog posts, and resource listings

• Test site usability with screen reader tools

Ideal Background

• Web design, computer science, communications, or a related field

• Familiarity with Wix or similar no-code and low-code platforms

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus

• Understanding of web accessibility and screen readers preferred

• Eye for design and strong attention to detail
