Counselling

Our counseling services provide emotional and psychological support for individuals adjusting to vision loss or other life changes.
We understand that losing sight can also mean losing a sense of identity, independence, or hope — and we’re here to help rebuild them.
Our counseling includes:
-
One-on-one and family sessions with trained professionals.
-
Use of evidence-based methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
-
Support for anxiety, depression, and stress related to visual impairment.
-
Guidance for coping with changes in work, relationships, and daily living.
Sessions are designed to empower clients, not diagnose them — focusing on strengths, self-advocacy, and emotional resilience.
